Recovery is not the reward for training. It is part of the training. A doctor-led recovery team, a treatment room, and the tools to bring you back stronger.
The floor builds you up. This is where Dr. JP Prado and the recovery team keep you there: hands-on assessment, treatment in the room, and sessions built to get you back on the floor faster.
Assessment and Mobility
Move well before you move heavy.
Before the work gets heavier, the recovery team looks at how you move. Hands-on assessment on the floor, mobility work where it is needed, and a plan that fits your body rather than a template.
Treatment
One on one, in the room.
Tight shoulder. Stubborn hip. Something that has been nagging for months. The recovery team works on it one on one, so it stops getting in the way of your training.
Sports Massage
Not a spa afternoon.
Sports massage on site. A working session that gets into the tissue training loads hardest, so the next session starts from a better place.
Blade Work
Deep work, precise tools.
Instrument-assisted soft tissue work on the table. The recovery team uses blades to get into tight tissue and stubborn spots with precision.
Taping
Support that moves with you.
Kinesiology taping before you head back out. Support for a joint or muscle that keeps you moving while it settles down.
Compression
Pressure, applied properly.
Compression sessions in the treatment room, fitted and monitored by the recovery team, to help the body come down after hard training blocks.
On the Floor
The team trains where you train.
The recovery team is not hidden in a back room. You will see them on the floor, in sessions, watching how members move between visits.
Red Light
Lie back. Let it work.
Red light sessions are part of the recovery programme here. Book one after a hard block and let the room do its job.
